Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is not damaged or used.
  • The product is not a custom or personalized item.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized accessories made to your specifications.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products purchased during special promotional events marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at partnership@trexalonghorghap.world or call +353 87 210 2495. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. Please allow 5-10 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies, but typically takes 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

Please note that only the purchase price of the item will be refunded. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the new item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request for a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address you provided. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service or the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package or where it can be safely left. We are not liable for packages left unattended at the delivery address.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return procedures will apply. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds for international returns will be processed in the original currency of purchase, and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may be applied to returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item. Restocking fees do not apply to returns due to our error or defective products.

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit for the full value of your returned item. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire. Please let us know if you would prefer store credit when initiating your return.

Warranty Information

All of our handmade accessories come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by anyone other than Trexalonghorghap. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
